The owner of ReSurface Pros, Jim LeMieux, has been resurfacing bathtubs, Jacuzzis, showers, cabinets, countertops, tile and more since 1998. That´s more than ten years of experience in a field where many go out of business in less than two years. He has literally reglazed thousands of bathtubs. Jim does all of the work himself assuring quality and service.

Integrity

Jim LeMieux, owner, will be there when he says he will be there. If there is a special circumstance where Jim is running a few minutes behind, he will give a courtesy call. ReSurface Pros contacts their clients the night before to confirm their appointments. At this time, any last minute questions may be answered. Also, if there is any concern after Jim leaves, he handles it in a timely manner. “When someone has a problem, that´s a great time for me to show my professionalism. I´ve had customers who have had minor complaints after I leave. They still recommend me to their friends because they know I stand behind my work 100%.” says Jim.

ReSurface Pros offers a complete package of quality service and products at a great price. We can resurface existing fixtures at a cost of 50–80% less than replacing them. Included in our services are many details that others upcharge for. For example, included in a bathtub refinish is a slip resistant bottom, fill and repair of all chips, all recaulking (smooth, clean, professional caulk lines), polishing of drain and fixtures, removal of all masking paper and clean up. Jim is painstakingly careful to cover all fixtures to avoid any overspray. The bathroom will be just as clean when he leaves as when he arrived except your fixture will look like new!

Unfortunately, there are some refinishing companies out there that offer amazingly low prices. From what we see and hear, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. If a surface is not prepared properly, coatings will peel. Many of these unprofessional companies do not stand behind their warranties or go out of business quickly. To reglaze / refinish / resurface is not a do it yourself project, either. It is best left to professionals who have had proper training and experience. The peeling coatings can be stripped and refinished…but why not avoid the headache and expense and get it done right the first time?
